Danielle Foster is the Founder of D Foster Consulting LLC. She started her career in Hospitality & Sales in 2004. Danielle is a seasoned Military Spouse with first-hand knowledge of how difficult it is to uproot your career every time you move to follow your service member. In 2019, Danielle decided to put her talents and years of experience to use as a freelance consultant. After seeing the high demand for her services, she saw an opportunity to help spouses forge their own career paths. We grew in our first couple years from a team of one to now a team of over 40+ hard working military spouses, veterans and neurodiverse individuals with a wide range of talents. Danielle’s mission is to continue to grow her team while helping other businesses grow.

Meet the Team

Danielle Foster

President & Founder

Danielle Foster is the Founder and President of D Foster Consulting. She has over 20 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Executive Leadership, and Human Resources. With that experience she began to help support small to enterprise businesses by consulting or having their companies utilize D Foster Consulting. She is a military spouse and mother to 3 beautiful children. When she is not running DFC you can find her going viral on TikTok, watching crime tv, or at the beach!

Fritzie Girl

Mascot of DFC

Fritzie Girl holds down the fort when her Mommy, our President, is working hard on all her clients. She protects the door, by barking & standing guard from every delivery truck driver you can hear. She also has been the reason we have invested in such high-tech noise canceling headphones. Don’t worry she was just doing her job, and testing all the noises she had too so that we have the best headsets for you all. When she isn’t working hard.. she likes belly rubs, eating, and long walks only to the end of the block because she rather be sleeping.

Sarah Black

Vice President

Sarah Black, MBA, CAPM® is the Vice President of D Foster Consulting. Before D Foster, she was a serial Entrepreneur and has a diverse background in mental health, child development and business. Sarah is neurodiverse, a total nerd, speaks fluent sarcasm and loves to learn new things! She is also a mother of 3 awesome kids and a military spouse.

General Manager

Erin is D Foster Consulting’s General Manager and holds down the fort at the executive office! With over 20 years of customer service, leadership, and sales experience. She has helped create high quality relationships with our clients and team members with her great problem solving, training, and mentoring. When Erin is not here supporting us. She is with her husband and two daughters, or lifting & kicking it at the gym!

Cassandra

Operations Manager

Cass is our Operations Manager who started as an appointment setter in 2022. She worked her way to the dark side, joining the research team and working her way up! Before D Foster, she has worn many hats including helping scale start ups, improving call center operations and working in medical management. She is dedicated to all things data. She spends her free time learning as much as possible about all the things. When she is not working you can find her cuddling her bully pups, reading or spending time with her husband.

Fallon

Sales Manager

Fallon is our Sales Manager. Fallon started with D Foster as an appointment setter in 2022 and has worked her way through as a sale and business development representative before becoming one of our supervisors and now a manager. Fallon is a veteran and served in the US NAVY with 4 tours in Operation Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. She also has several years experience in retail management. Fallon enjoys reading, gardening and being an active parent to her 3 kids. She proudly wears the title of Chaos Manager, uplifting her team while having a little fun!

Kareanne

Contact Center Manager

Kareanne is our Contact Center Manager who started as an SDR in 2023. Before D Foster, she left the customer service field to travel the country as a military spouse and stay home with her three children for 12 years. Kareanne is dedicated to providing the best service for our clients and their customers as well as supporting our team! When she’s not working, you can find her spending time with her family, planting flowers, or drinking iced coffee!
